How to play Huepf?
Huepf is played on a plus-shaped field of 33 slots. In the beginning, 32 of those slots (all except the one in the middle) have red pins in them.
The goal of the game is to eliminate as many pins as possible. It's a rare perfect game if there is only one pin and it's in the middle of the field.
Pins can be moved (and eliminated) by jumping. You can jump if you get two pins in a row followed by a blank, like this:
This constellation can occur in any direction (up, down, left or right). Click on the arrow for the pin you want to move (in this case that would be the right-pointing arrow of the left pin) and the game will jump.
A jump means that two things happen: first of all, the pin you moved jumps two fields over in the direction you chose. secondly, the pin that was jumped over gets eliminated.
That's already all you need to know to play a game of Huepf.
